In this episode I talk about how you can get to a place where you are not just coping and grappling with the challenges of everyday life, but thriving.


This episode is all about how to start healing the limiting beliefs that you have accepted as truth.


Breaking out of my own limiting beliefs is what helped me course correct - I was STUCK thinking that being a teacher was the only career I could do, and thought that I was lucky to have a career at all.  Teaching was safe and a reliable source of income for my family, and rocking the boat I could end up out on the street begging ??? or in some terrible career with a terrible boss who expected me to do terrible things for their terrible company.

  1. Living life fully means getting unstuck and bravely going after our dreams even though it is scary.


  2. Our limiting beliefs are our fears that hold us back from taking risks and stepping out of our comfort zone and they are part of our subconscious mind.


  3. Our subconscious mind stores all of the beliefs that we have been learning back from infancy, and it doesn’t know the difference between what’s true and what’s not true, example: monsters under the bed, don’t trust strangers, don’t touch a hot stove .


  4. Our conscious mind is the problem solver that helps us find the car keys, analyzes, criticizes, constantly spinning around and around and keeps us up at night.


  5. Our conscious mind is the decision maker and it is unaware that it's controlled by our subconscious mind (beliefs and fears acquired since infancy)


  6. Homework: Journal about your dreams and limiting beliefs.  Create a Pinterest board to collect your ideas and dreams and find some inspiration.
